How do I patch test a product?
Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
What should I do if I have a reaction?
Stop using the product immediately and rinse the area with clean water. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

We recommend using exfoliating products 1–2 times per week, depending on your skin type and sensitivity.
How do I use bath teas and bath products?
Add your desired amount to warm running water and allow the botanicals to infuse. Soak, relax, and enjoy the ritual.
