Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

• A refund or replacement for a major failure
• A repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major

A product is considered to have a major failure if it:

• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from the description
• Does not do what we said it would do
• Has a serious manufacturing defect

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request:

• Photos of the product
• Order details

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:

• Replacement, or
• Refund (including shipping where required by law)

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations:

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind
• We may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion if:
• Item is unused and unopened
• Returned within 14 days 
• In original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare products
• Items not in original condition

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

We are not responsible for adverse reactions where:

• Ingredient lists were clearly provided
• Products were used without patch testing

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details:

• You will be responsible for re-shipping costs

We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
